Luvit Beauty Bar Cancellation and Deposit Policy

At Luvit Beauty Bar, we are committed to providing exceptional services and maintaining a smooth scheduling experience for all our clients. Your time is important to us, and so is ours. To ensure fairness and accommodate everyone, we have implemented the following cancellation and deposit policy. Please take a moment to read through it carefully before booking your appointment.

Deposits: Secure Your Spot

To secure your appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit confirms your commitment to the scheduled service and allows us to prepare for your visit with the necessary time and resources.

  • All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.​

Rescheduling Policy: Flexibility Within 30 Days

We understand that life happens and schedules can change. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we’re happy to transfer your deposit to a new date as long as the following conditions are met:

​

  • Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours before your original appointment time.

  • Your deposit can be used for the same or a different service within 30 days of the original appointment date.

​

If you fail to reschedule within 30 days, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book future services.

Cancellations and No-Shows: Respecting Everyone’s Time

Cancellations or no-shows disrupt the schedule and affect other clients' ability to book their desired time slots. To ensure fairness, the following applies:

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the deposit.

  • A no-show will also result in the deposit being forfeited.

We appreciate your understanding that our time is valuable, and last-minute changes may leave us unable to fill your reserved slot.

Rescheduling and Communication

We encourage open communication to accommodate changes to your schedule as best we can. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.

Emergencies and Exceptional Circumstances

While we aim to enforce this policy consistently, we understand that emergencies and unforeseen events can happen. In such cases, exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of management. Please contact us directly to discuss any concerns.
